Exploring Employability Skills
Employability skills are those basic skills necessary for getting, keeping, and doing well at a job. These are the skills, attitudes and actions that enable you to get along with your fellow workers and supervisors.
Entry Level 3 Award or Certificate
Course Structure & Units
You will be introduced to a broad range of essential skills for work. These skills include:
Group A
Group B
To gain any of the qualifications you must achieve a minimum of 6 credits for Entry Level 3 Award and 13 credits for Entry Level Certificate.
Progression
You could progress onto a higher level of Personal & Social Development (Level 1), vocational training, Apprenticeship, Further Education or Employment with training.

There are no formal entry requirements, but before beginning the course you will need to have a short assessment to make sure you are placed on the right level.

You can start at any time of the Year

6 months – 1 year.
