Business Administration
There are two courses: Award in Business Administration and Certificate in Business Administration, these are for anyone interested in starting a career in office administration.
You will learn the essentials of keeping an office running - using a computer, managing your own learning, handling the phones and mail, creating business documents, welcoming visitors, working on reception and assisting with supporting meetings. You can also choose units covering personal and social development or business administration.

Course Structure & Units
The learner must achieve a minimum of 7 credits overall. A minimum of 4 credits must be from Group A. The remaining 3 credits can be from Group B.

On completion of this qualification candidates may progress into BTEC Level 1

There are no formal entry requirements, but before beginning the course you will need to have a short assessment to make sure you are placed on the right level.
